Digital Media Specialist Role "> This Digital Media Specialist role involves the end-to-end management of paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. As part of this position, you will be responsible for defining strategies, setting budgets, building audiences, launching and optimizing campaigns, implementing automation via scripts, and reporting performance to internal teams and clients. "> The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of paid media execution and will be able to ensure that return on ad spend (ROAS) and cost per acquisition (CPA) targets are met or exceeded every month. "> Key Responsibilities "> "> - Define objectives, KPIs, and budget allocation by funnel stage. "> - Build and manage monthly and weekly spend pipelines across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. "> - Adjust pacing and bid strategies daily to maximize ROI. "> - Create and structure search, display, and video campaigns in Google Ads; campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads. "> - Configure conversion tracking, pixels, and events via Google Tag Manager and Facebook Conversions API. "> - Develop custom and lookalike audiences; refine targeting by demographics, interests, and behavior. "> - Write and maintain Google Ads Scripts for automated bid rules, pausing underperformers, and spend alerts. "> - Execute weekly A/B tests on creatives, copy, and audiences; implement winning variants. "> - Monitor key metrics (CPA, ROAS, Quality Score, frequency) and perform optimizations on ≥90% of active campaigns each week. "> - Build interactive dashboards in Looker Studio connecting Google Ads, Meta, and Google Analytics. "> - Deliver weekly WIP reports and monthly deep-dives with actionable insights and next-step recommendations. "> - Measure campaign impact on digital footprint and brand lift. "> - Serve as the primary paid-media contact for clients; respond to inquiries within 24 hours. "> - Present campaign results, insights, and optimization plans in weekly client calls. "> "> Required Skills and Qualifications "> "> - 2–3 years managing paid-media campaigns with monthly budgets ≥ USD 10,000 for B2B companies. "> - Certifications: Google Ads Search or Display Specialist and Meta Blueprint (Media Buying). "> - Mastery of Google Tag Manager, Facebook Conversions API, Google Ads Scripts, Looker Studio, and GA4. "> - Strong Excel/Sheets skills for ad-hoc analysis and spend modeling.
