Network Operations Center Engineer I Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Center Engineer I to join our team. As a key member of our Information Technology and Global Security team, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge technology infrastructure, software solutions, and global security measures. Your primary focus will be on designing, implementing, and strategizing IT, security, and application development initiatives in a hyperconnected environment. You will collaborate with top professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and support. Main Responsibilities: 1. Be available for 24/7 shifts, including night shifts if required. 2. Provide on-call support 24/7 as needed. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve P1/P2 global incidents and conduct RCA. 4. Monitor LAN/WAN performance to ensure network integrity and performance. 5. Submit Change Management Requests (CRQs) for network carrier maintenance. 6. Understand Change Management, PAI, and RCA processes. 7. Support the Technology Operations Center (TOC). 8. Provide core network troubleshooting and support Tier 1 and 2 break/fix functions across the global network. 9. Ensure network availability and integrity to enable end-user access to data resources. 10. Perform data network monitoring using the PAI process. 11. Report network issues in accordance with SLAs.
