About the Role The Commercial Director will lead regional commercial strategy across Colombia and Central America, managing high-performing sales teams in multiple countries and identifying new business opportunities in emerging markets. Main Responsibilities - Lead commercial strategy and ensure profitability through effective P&L; and cash flow management; - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers; - Coordinate with technical teams to align commercial proposals with client needs; - Monitor and report on commercial KPIs, including revenue, margin, and client retention. About Our Client Our client is a well-established international company with a focus on strategic growth and sustainability. About You We are looking for a professional in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields, with over 10 years of experience in commercial roles and at least 8 years leading commercial teams. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic thinking, leadership, and relationship-building skills, with English proficiency between B2 and C1.
