Responsibilities • Provide Operational Support in JDE Grower L2 and L3 tickets. • Provide resolution within prescribed SLA for incidents. • Ensure operational quality for all issues pertaining to Grower functionality. • Collaborative effort in ensuring quality of other integrating JDE functions. • Should exhibit and deploy Strong Configuration Experience in JDE Grower. • Analyse functional requirements. • Provide functional and operational expertise for Major and minor GAPs / change requests. • Ensure support of Major Change Request Management and ensure timely deployment of solution. • Implement the approved Change Requests into the system. • Perform tests Unit, Integration, UAT and provide test results. • Ensure effective Daily ~ Weekly Operational Review with Project Management Team. • Status reporting to ERP lead. Required Languages: • Fluent Advanced English 96 - 100 % Job location(s): • Remote, Colombia.
