The Senior Accounting Analyst is responsible for supporting end-to-end service delivery in the General Ledger function for all LATAM. The role will support the financial closing coordination activities across sectors and all LATAM regions. - You will be responsible to provide financial support and accounting analysis for revenue accounting process. - Summarize data for account analysis of all related balance sheet and income statement accounts. - Analyzes balance sheet profit and loss statements, and consolidated financial documents. - Assists with monthly closings within the department. - Areas of focus include period end closing, financial reporting, and financial statements reviewing. **Responsibilities**: Are you passionate about this role? As a prospect you should have: - Support Leading financial activities including revenue process, financial statements reviewing, also journal entry and month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities - You will be accountable to perform accounting activities. - Perform revenue accounting activities and reporting. - Perform other work-related duties as assigned. - Supporting leading others and follow up of the operational duties assigned within the team. - Ensures accuracy and adherence of Corporate policies relate to Revenue Process. - Responsible for the accuracy of Revenue accounting entries and Reconciliations in accordance with GAAP, Compliance, Internal Audit and SOX requirements. - Support GSF Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects. - Support Blackline reconciliation and revenue process. **Qualifications**: 1. Education level required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar. Master’s in accounting or MBA is a plus. 2. Advanced Excel, knowledge of general accounting and financial reporting processes, SAP knowledge and Shared service Center working experience. 3. You need to have at least 5 to 6 years of experience. 4. Required skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel, interpersonal skills, understanding of accounting principles and practices, compliance knowledge (SOX and internal controls), 5. Nice to have knowledge on other systems such as Analysis for Office reports, Blackline, Power BI and other SAP modules. Healthcare Industry and/or Financial Services and Shared Services experience at least 3 years. 6. Advanced English (Conversational 80% and written+80%). 7. Portuguese Language is a plus. 8.
