As a Talent Acquisition Partner at GroupM, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top-tier talent to support our marketing endeavors. You will collaborate with our HR team and various departments to ensure we have the right people in the right roles to drive our company's success. Work remotely! (You must be based in Colombia) DIRECT REPORT: This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Director KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruit top talent for different teams within the offshoring sector, partnering strategically with agency business leaders to serve the US market. Engage in a dynamic industry at the forefront of digital, data, analytics, content, and technology, fostering innovation and attracting the next generation of talent. Demonstrate leadership and vision in transforming and inspiring the LATAM talent acquisition team into a strategic partner for the business. Research and implement new strategies and technologies to build relevant talent pipelines, encouraging proactive talent sourcing and market engagement. Cultivate an open, nurturing culture with a focus on training and coaching to help the team overcome challenges and contribute effectively. Provide strategic recruitment advice, guidance, and solutions to hiring managers across the group, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations. ABOUT YOU: Possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Have 5+ years of experience with a proven track record in high-volume recruiting, preferably in media or digital marketing. Have English proficiency at B2+ level or above, which is mandatory. Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and navigate ambiguity within a complex matrix organization. Highly solution-oriented, adaptable, and possess a strong growth mindset. Experience managing senior stakeholders effectively. Enjoy working with speed and accuracy while building collaborative relationships. Possess strong presentation and negotiation skills.
