Responsibilities - Support the structuring of services, projects, and programs by providing key operational information. - Lead and/or participate in the launch of assigned services, projects, and programs. - Manage the contracting of operators, suppliers, and required personnel. - Execute internal operational activities or with third parties, generating early alerts for risks or delays. - Monitor technical and budget aspects, optimizing costs and resources. - Assist in the operational, administrative, contractual, accounting, and financial closure of projects. - Generate indicator reports (budget, operational plan, impact, and perceived value). - Propose improvement actions for project execution. - Supervise hiring processes and evaluate supplier performance. Requirements - Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Administrative Engineering, or related fields in administrative and social areas. - Experience: Minimum of 3 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in project operations.
