FCL Import Analyst Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive FCL Import Analyst to manage and coordinate full container load (FCL) import shipments into the U.S. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding or U.S. imports, with strong communication, critical thinking, organization, and time management skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth and timely import operations. 2. Track, monitor, and provide updates on shipment status to all relevant parties. 3. Prepare, review, and submit documentation like bills of lading and invoices for customs clearance. 4. Resolve shipment discrepancies, address delays, and find solutions to unexpected challenges. 5. Maintain compliance with international trade regulations and company standards. 6. Ensure accuracy in shipment data using CargoWise and provide timely invoicing for every shipment.
