Dama - Preferred). - 3 years minimum experience in data lifecycle management - Knowledge of industry leading data quality and data protection management practices. - Knowledge of data governance practices. - Data Catalog Tool (Atlan Preferred) - Knowledge of data related government regulatory requirements and emerging trends and issues. - Knowledge of risk data architecture and technology solutions. - Experience with Master data Management - Versed with Data Privacy Program Policies Implementations including Data Use, Data Retention - Familiarity with the concepts and strategies of change management. - Knowledge in: Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Security, Data Compliance, Availability to travel._ **_ Functions and responsibilities:_** - Focus in establishing and ensuring adherence to an enterprise data governance framework for data policies, standards and practices and will have responsibility for improving the quality and managing the protection of sensitive data. Work closely with Head of D&A; to create and promote the data governance strategy. - The Data Governance lead serves as a point of escalation for governance, data quality and protection issues and will work closely with BRM, Business and Functional area leadership to improve the quality and value of core data assets, respond to regulatory protection requirements as well as support the strategic requirements.
