We are always looking for exceptional talent to join us on the journey! **Your mission** We are looking for an Account Operations Manager to join our fast growing team. reporting into the VP Account Operations, you will be leading and accountable for all the operational related aspects to a portfolio of large and medium size merchants. The role also includes management responsibilities. Through constant customer engagement, products and services enablement, managing multiple tasks and project management, onboarding of new entities and supporting the expansion of existing and future merchant businesses the Account Operations Manager will act as the primary lead and main operational focal point between Nuvei valuated merchants and cross internal functions to deliver efficient, high and quality service. The primary objectives are leading a team of Operational Account Managers, improve processes for a faster and efficient delivery and maintain client satisfaction levels. The role will be a mixture of home and office based. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead the recruitment, training new team members, and establish the team. - Track Develop and Improve internal processes through innovative and creative thinking. - Set yearly team targets. - Perform team’s six months and twelve-month reviews. - Accountable for own portfolio of large merchants. - Maintain team’s highest standard of quality and quantity of responses on all merchants’ operation related topics and aspects. - Collaborating closely with multiple Nuvei departments with objective to ensure smooth and efficient delivery: coordinate operations in domains such as technology, risk, finance, tech, integration, legal and more. - Act as escalation point where required. - Responsible for expanding existing merchants’ activities into new territories, new products and services. - Ability to manage projects and tasks for accurate delivery and deliver high quality customer service. **Requirements**: - Minimum 6+ years of experience in a Relationship management /Operational management / Account management role in the online payment services industry. - Experience in similar position - advantage. - Excellent communication skills and customer focus. - Online payments background - a must. - Technical knowledge of the payment ecosystem - a must. - Problem solving, investigative and multi-tasking skills with highest attention to detail. - Long lasting experience liaising with customers. - Previous experience with CRM is mandatory, salesforce specific background is an advantage. - Ability to adapt to a regularly changing environment. - Ability to work well under pressure. - Excellent organization skills and ability to meet deadlines. - Self-motivated, independent, pro-active and team player. - Innovative, energetic, and enthusiastic. - B.A in a relevant field.
