Job Description The Integration team plays a strategic role, enabling the connection between our clients' systems and our platform. We're looking for an Integration Manager with deep technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities. This person will be responsible for evolving our integration architecture, improving internal practices, and ensuring technical excellence across the team. They'll lead strategic conversations with Product and Engineering, manage delivery across integration projects, and act as a key technical counterpart for international clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities - Lead the technical and operational strategy of the Integration team. - Design and implement integration architectures that allow clients to seamlessly connect their data sources. - Drive high standards in response times, service quality, and client satisfaction throughout the technical onboarding process. - Promote engineering best practices. - Establish continuous improvement processes to increase operational efficiency and responsiveness. - Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams. - Manage relationships with technical stakeholders. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies. Required Skills and Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in management roles related to systems integration, data engineering, APIs, or infrastructure. - Proven experience leading technical teams or complex implementation projects. - Strong command of integration concepts and tools. - Experience with Python and SQL. - Familiarity with cloud environments and modern architecture. - Experience managing internal and external stakeholders. - Advanced English level. - Ability to move seamlessly between technical depth and strategic thinking.
