In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth order fulfillment and providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. **Your primary responsibilities will include** - Confirming/reviewing order information (Pick-ups - Delivery) - Communicating with clients to gather additional details as needed - Supporting the dispatch team (as an intermediary with clients) - Building and maintaining customer relationships, resolving issues, and serving as a knowledgeable point of contact for clients. - Building rapport with clients to provide a top-notch customer experience Schedule: Monday to Friday, in a time range from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Requirements**: - High School diploma or higher-level education - Must have a fluent English level (B2+) - Previous Bilingual Customer service experience is a MUST - Should be a proactive and resourceful person - Detailed oriented person - Clear communication skills - Troubleshooting skills Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Pregunta(s) de postulación: - Are you currently located in Medellin or it's sorroundings? - What is your level of proficiency in English? - What are your salary expectations?
