What You Will Be Working On - Lead and own the UA strategy for newly released games, driving their growth and maximizing profitability. - Manage and mentor a team of UA managers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment. - Collaborate with the creative team to co-direct and optimize creative strategies. - Work alongside the product team to monitor performance, address challenges, and highlight growth opportunities. - Monitor performance metrics and budgets across all phases of game launch and scaling. - Hands-on management and optimization of large-scale paid marketing campaigns to exceed monthly goals. - Lead strategic discussions with marketing platform partners to identify growth opportunities. - Clearly communicate plans, progress, and challenges to management and cross-functional teams. - Promote knowledge sharing across the marketing team and contribute to developing team capabilities. Requirements What We're Looking For - 4+ years of experience as a UA manager/lead in a gaming company – Must. - Proven experience leading a team of UA professionals, including coaching, delegation, and performance management. - Deep analytical skills, with a proven ability to analyze data trends and derive actionable insights. - Solid track record of managing large-scale campaigns, especially on platforms like Facebook or Google Ads. - Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation, trend visualization, and correlation analysis. - A collaborative leader and excellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments. - Ability to adapt quickly to change and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. - Strong business-level English. - Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable. - Highly organized and process-oriented.
