Your responsibilities include: - Researching and analyzing client needs and user challenges; - Engaging with clients to gather information and ask the right questions; - Mapping out design flows based on user groups and requirements; - Creating and refining designs for client approval; - Transforming approved designs into final user interfaces; - Contributing to the digital transformation of developing countries and islands. We need: - You have 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer; - You have a higher education in Media Design, Interaction Design, IT, Computer Science, etc; - You are proficient in design tools like Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite; - You are familiar with Agile/Scrum; - You have a strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design work; - You speak and write advanced English and Spanish. - Availability to work on a hybrid model: 2 days in office, 3 from home.
