Marketing Data Specialist The successful candidate will support the operational, analytical, and governance needs of our growing marketing technologies ecosystem. This role will play a key part in managing data quality, ensuring consistent reporting, supporting platform automation, and contributing to innovative solutions that drive better decision-making across our marketing and influencer efforts. This role requires a versatile and data-savvy individual to work closely with enterprise tools like Sprinklr and CreatorIQ, as well as contribute to the development and maintenance of dashboards, automation logic, and AI-enhanced solutions. The ideal candidate combines technical acumen with an eye for process improvement and strong collaboration skills. Responsibilities: - Assist in defining data requirements and facilitating integrations between key marketing platforms and our centralized data lake. - Collaborate with data engineers and other technical teams to ensure seamless, structured data flow from tools (Sprinklr, CreatorIQ, Tubular Labs etc.). - Maintain and optimize custom reports, dashboards, and performance metrics across marketing platforms. - Contribute to the ongoing automation of workflows and insights delivery, leveraging built-in AI and automation capabilities where available. - Act as a critical point of contact for a new AI-powered brand safety monitoring solution focused on influencer content. - Support ongoing QA, logic refinement, and validation to ensure system accuracy and responsiveness. - Monitor and support the effective use of social listening tools, ensuring volume usage is optimized and configurations align with business needs. - Help ensure insights are based on quality inputs and that listening frameworks are well maintained. - Ensure the integrity and performance of Power BI dashboards by performing routine QA and updates. - Work with stakeholders to capture evolving needs and translate them into clear and insightful data visualizations. Requirements: - A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a marketing, business intelligence, or data analyst role. - Comfortable working with marketing tools and data, and enjoy figuring out how systems and workflows connect. - Analytically strong, with a solid understanding of reporting best practices and automation principles. - Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred) and familiarity with basic data modelling concepts. - Detail-oriented, collaborative, and ready to jump into complex projects that involve both people and platforms.
