We are committed to building long term relationships with our clients to help them reach their goals. **What skills/interests will make you a great fit for our team**: - Understand the business and products we offer. - Effectively and efficiently communicate the benefits of the products we offer to customers. - Assess each customer’s situation, and which product would be appropriate for them. - Demonstrate persistence in overcoming objections throughout the sales process. - Communicate directly with team leaders and be open to receive feedback. - Follow up with customers in a timely manner. - Stay organized, update notes, and disposition leads accordingly in our systems. - Presents a professional image when dealing with customers. - Follow all company processes. **What we require for hiring process**: - High school diploma. - Flexibility to work all shifts as required (including evenings, weekends, or holidays). - At least 1 Year of previous sales experience. - Technical aptitude to pass our readiness assessment. - Willing to submit and pass a pre-employment background investigation. - Call center experience is required. - Advanced English Skills (Conversational). - You don't need a specific academic background; you only need to have the requested previous experience. Work modality: On site (No negotiable). **Type of** Schedule: From Monday to Thursday 9:00AM - 7:00PM; Friday from 8:00AM to 2:00PM. 42 hours per week. Weekends OFF. **Salary**: 2’600.000 + Commissions (Corporate ones are paid with the payroll, and the campaign ones are paid in cash weekly and monthly based on a bonus structure).
