Key Required Skills: ✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ✅ Strong ability to estimate and plan testing requirements. ✅ Proven experience tracking and following up on QA team activities. ✅ Ability to guide and mentor both manual and automation QA teams. ✅ Capable of proposing methodologies and techniques to optimize testing and ensure quality. ✅ Skilled in organizing team workflows using Kanban boards. ✅ Experience managing, creating, and maintaining test assets and documentation. ✅ ISTQB, TMMi or related certification (required). ✅ Certification in one or more of the following: Scrum, SAFe, Management 3.0, Agile, Lean, PMP (or similar). ✅ Basic conversational English. ✅ A continuous improvement mindset in the QA area. ✅ Proficient in tools such as Jira, Trello, TestLink, or similar platforms for test case management and issue tracking. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Coordinate, assign, and monitor tasks across the QA team in various projects. ✅ Develop test plans and strategies tailored to each project. ✅ Guide the team in creating and maintaining test matrices. ✅ Ensure thorough execution of test cases. ✅ Provide technical guidance for testing using tools like Postman, SoapUI, jMeter, Selenium, and others. ✅ Manage risks and help prevent delays or scope deviations. ✅ Coordinate with clients and lead negotiation processes. ✅ Conduct testing on SQL databases and web services.
