Job Title We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Project Manager in our Latin America team. - This position plays a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of priority conservation projects across the region and ensuring the success of our local team. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, develop, and manage complex projects that align with our regional goals and objectives. - Provide strategic and operational support to our regional leaders, including meeting coordination, action item tracking, and goal setting. - Coordinate regular team meetings, developing agendas, and managing materials to ensure effective communication and collaboration. - Evaluate information flow to our leadership team, synthesizing data, and creating periodic reports on project progress. - Support our teams in utilizing our information management system, providing training and assistance as needed, and ensuring successful adoption. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field. - At least 7 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of success in leading complex projects. - Familiarity with conservation issues and trends, with a passion for advancing equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging. - Excellent interpersonal skills, judgment, and ability to maintain confidential information. - Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information. - Cultural awareness and experience working in Latin America is a plus.
