**Responsibilities** - Update excel sheets with new and sold Vehicles. - Follow up on Insurance claims - Maintenance scheduling - Rental inventory management - Blocking calendar when necessary - Managing vehicle prices **Customer service** - Make calls to turo and Hyrecar for Vehicle switches and refunds and removing bad reviews. - Answer messages - Call/text customers late on payments **Handle Issues** - Coordinate Repossession of vehicles if needed by calling a tow company. - Follow up on insurance claims, tow yard releases. - disable customer vehicles due to late payments. - collecting debt from customers. - After hours emergency assistance **Desk Work** - Organize documentation / invoices / contracts, vehicle registrations and ensure everything is up to date. - Scheduling maintenance with mechanic. - keep "Inactive vehicle" binder updated with sold prices **Check in** driver verification **Check out** - Charge late return if necessary - Inspect vehicle for damages, rims, body, paint, interior, etc. through photos **Position Requirements** - A mature motivated individual who takes accountability. - A quick learner, good **listener**, energetic, doesn’t talk back or make excuses. - Someone who can effectively communicate with customers and maintain inventory control.
