Job summary We are looking for high-energy, performance-driven SDRs to join our sales team. You'll be responsible for qualifying inbound and outbound leads, educating prospects about Yarvis, and booking meetings with qualified decision-makers. Responsibilities - Reach out to leads generated by AI agents (calls, WhatsApp, email) using our product - Reach out to leads on LinkedIn - Qualify leads based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) - Book meetings for our sales closers (CEO) and attend those meetings with him - Communicate Yarvis AI's value proposition clearly and convincingly - Follow up with prospects via WhatsApp, email, and CRM - Report activity and pipeline insights to the CEO - Collaborate with product and growth teams to improve lead quality Requirements - 1+ year of experience in sales or SDR roles (this is a plus, if you are a junior but have interest in sales its fine) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Self-driven, organized, and highly motivated - Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs and automation tools - Based in Bogota (preferred) Descripción del trabajo Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet , consectetur adipiscing elit.
