📊 Job Opening: GTM (Go-To-Market) Analyst 📍 Locations: Medellín, Bogotá, or remote (with access to offices in Bogotá – Rosales 72 & Murano – Envigado) 🕘 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 🚀 About the Role opportunity to align Sales, Marketing, Underwriting, and Revenue Operations through actionable insights, smart campaign planning, and high-performance analytics. 📌 Key Responsibilities - Territory Intelligence: Identify whitespace and growth gaps through lead velocity and submission analysis - Campaign Targeting: Collaborate with Marketing to refine audience targeting and outreach priorities - Reporting & Analytics: Manage Impression-to-Order reporting and optimize pipeline visibility - Lead Routing & Submission Scoring: Maximize lead conversion through intelligent routing and predictive submission analysis - Platform Execution: Support Salesforce, Hubspot, and other sales enablement tools (e.g., 6sense, Outreach, UserGems) - Broker Enablement: Monitor broker engagement and satisfaction to strengthen distribution channels 🔍 Who We're Looking For - 3–5 years in GTM, BI, RevOps, or similar analytics roles - Expert in SQL, Power BI, and Excel - Strong storytelling and presentation skills - Familiarity with insurance industry dynamics and broker-driven models - Proactive, tech-savvy, and able to collaborate in a matrixed organization 🌟 Why Join Us?
