Together they’re reshaping professional services globally. **What You’ll Do** - **Reporting & Process Optimisation** - craft live GTM dashboards, document SOPs, and recommend automations that speed decision-making for the founders. - **Pipeline & Project Management** - create, assign, and progress all revenue related projects in our project management system (ClickUp) and leads inside our CRM; with the goal to keep founders’ calendars filled with qualified conversations. - **Data Operations & Enrichment** - pull lists, enrich in Clay/Clearbit (or similar), and maintain data hygiene with ongoing process optimizations and automations. - **User Activation Support** - build and monitor automations and re-activation sequences that engage prospects and customers across plan types, and delights customers in their journey of getting to know Topline **You’ll Be Great at This Role If You** - **Think in systems** and enjoy turning messy spreadsheets into streamlined workflows. - **Communicate crisply**—direct, transparent, friendly updates that keep everyone aligned. - Act with **empathy**, listening for underlying needs from prospects, users, and teammates. - **Love to learn**, adopting new tools, AI prompts, and evolving playbooks quickly. - **Follow through**—closing loops, hitting deadlines, and keeping stakeholders informed. - **Collaborate naturally** with product, sales, and customer success. - Stay **adaptable** in a fast-changing, high-growth startup. **Desired Skills & Experience** - 1-4 years in rev-ops, sales-ops, marketing-ops, or similar (SaaS or marketplace preferred). - Proficiency with AI automation revenue processes & CRMs (HubSpot, GHL, Salesforce, etc.). - Comfortable with outbound/enrichment tools (Instantly, Apollo, Clay, Clearbit). - Basic automation chops (Zapier, Make, native webhooks) and spreadsheet wizardry. **What We Offer** - Competitive hourly rate **plus performance-based bonuses**. - Rapid path to full-time employment and equity for standout performers. - Remote-first culture with flexible hours. - Learning stipend for courses, certifications, or new tools. - A chance to shape the growth engine of a venture-backed company redefining professional services.
