**Role**: The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for supporting and training our customers onto our Enterpryze Cloud Based solution. - Ongoing customer support & troubleshooting via webinars etc - Ownership of customer issues to completion - Become a product specialist for Enterpryze - Supporting new customers and partners onto Enterpryze - Complete all customer training in a professional manner - Complete all partners connections and connection training - Proactively develop customer relationships - Ensure each customer is brought on the Enterpryze journey successfully - Seek new ways to enhance & improve the customer experience - Pre-sales demonstrations **Skills**: - Excellent communication skills, written & verbal - Fluent English speaker - Fluent Spanish speaker - Proven track record in Customer Support - A level of technical knowledge is required - Agile approach to work - Experience in high level Customer Support - Flexibility around working hours **Person**: - Self-starter - Excellent organizational skills - Motivated individual with a drive to succeed - Problem solver - Ability to multi-task - Team player **Education/Technical Expertise**: Degree or 3rd Level equivalent in relevant field
