A rapidly developing FinTech company, with a no corporate bs approach, is looking an experienced sales manager to take the lead in handling sales operations. We expect you to have a proven track record in B2B and B2C sales, being able to set up S2S tracking as well as deal with API integration. Experience in an Affiliate Marketing company (e.g. Affiliate Network or Lead generator) is needed. Also be advised, that due to many of the company partners being in Europe, you need to be ready for an early (6am) start Tasks Supervise the activities performed in LatAm, maximize the potential of the sales team, establish sales plans, and justify these plans to superior management. Main daily tasks are: - Manage the existing partners - Recruit new partners - Manage the onboarding process **Requirements**: - Good command of English and Spanish language is a MUST - Track record in Affiliate Marketing is a MUST - Experience with various CRM's - Knowledge of sales operations - Knowledge of S2S tracking - Knowledge of the FinTech industry is a plus - Another languages are a plus **Benefits**: The job is fully remote and very flexible with your schedule.
