Here's what we'relooking for: - 3+ years of experience with Machine Learning, datascience, IA, statistical, and other related areas. - Proficiencywith MySQL. - Proficiency in Python, R, or another majorprogramming language. - Excellent communication skills, andcapacity to collaborate and build relationships with non-technicalusers. - Strong knowledge of probability and statistics, includingexperimental design, predictive modeling, optimization, and causalinference. - Hands-on experience with machine learning, likeregression classification, clustering, neural networks, featureselection, cross-validation, the curse of dimensionality,bias-variance tradeoff, model explainability, NLP, etc. Desirable: - Experience with people analytics or growth. - Experience withdata visualization tools. - Good understanding of the engineeringchallenges to deploying machine learning systems to production.
