What you'll be doing: **Responsibilities**: - Track and analyze the effectiveness of different lead generation channels. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies for student engagement and conversion. - Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing marketing campaigns. Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements. - Tailor communication and follow-up strategies to the specific needs and interests of each prospective student, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience. - Actively participate in student fairs, workshops, and other recruitment events. Represent the organization and effectively communicate its values and opportunities to prospective students. - Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects and provide regular updates to the management team on the sales funnel status and conversion rates. - Guide prospective students through each stage of the sales funnel, from initial contact to final enrollment, ensuring a smooth and supportive journey. Execute tasks related to the preparation of documentation and completion of legal requirements for students. - Collect feedback from prospects and new enrollees to understand their needs and expectations better. Use this feedback to refine sales strategies and improve the overall student experience. - Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest trends in student recruitment and sales techniques. **Qualifications**: **Must Have**: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Business, Communication, or Education). A master's degree may be preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the education sector. Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to tailor communication to different audiences and engage effectively with potential students. - Proficient in data analysis to track and measure the effectiveness of various lead generation channels. Ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies. - Experience working collaboratively with marketing teams to align sales strategies with ongoing marketing campaigns. Ability to provide constructive feedback on campaign effectiveness and contribute to improvement discussions. - Demonstrated experience in organizing and participating in student fairs, workshops, and recruitment events. Strong presentation skills to effectively represent the organization and communicate its values and opportunities. - Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate and organized records of interactions with prospects.
