Job Overview Collections Manager Role in the Americas About the Position We are seeking a seasoned Collections Manager to lead our Americas Collections Operations team. The ideal candidate will possess strong collections expertise, experience working in a fast-paced international environment, and excellent stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely cash collections and meet performance targets by collaborating with collectors on their portfolios. - Lead investigations and negotiations with customers or sales teams to resolve issues and concerns escalated from collections and sales. - Process bad debt reporting, write-offs, and adjustments as required. - Review and approve refund payouts to clients. - Monitor cases/tickets logged or escalated to ensure timely resolution of issues. Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree (Accounting or Finance-related background preferred) or relevant work experience. - Minimum 5 years of experience in a Collections Manager role in a fast-paced international or service center environment. - Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word; SAP 4Hana, Zuora Billing, and Salesforce (desired). - Fluent English (C2 level) is essential. - Well-organized with excellent problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and attention to detail.
