Company Description: vLex, a leading international technology company, is seeking a collections executive with experience in debt recovery for its US collections department. - Experience: Minimum of 2 years in collections or debt recovery, preferably in banks or legal sectors. - Education: Student of administrative, financial, or accounting careers. - Languages: Proficiency in English. C1 - Skills: Strong character, excellent oral and written communication, negotiation skills, organizational skills, and goal-oriented. **Responsibilities**: - Conduct debt collections for the company's overdue accounts in US via phone. - Maintain control of assigned accounts to identify pending debts. - Plan strategies for recovering overdue payments. - Locate and contact debtors to inquire about their payment status. - Support administrative and operational tasks of the company's collections department. **Working Hours**: - Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. - Total salary: An agreement - Remote work allowance: $130,000 Work Arrangement: Hybrid position (combination of remote and in-office work).
