Job Summary As a Technical Sourcing Lead, you will play a critical role in building a world-class engineering and technology workforce by identifying and engaging top talent. You will develop sourcing strategies, leverage recruitment tools, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet business hiring needs in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of technical recruiting, talent market trends, and sourcing best practices. Responsibilities Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top technical talent across platforms. Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand needs and build talent pipelines. Use data, market insights, and analytics to inform sourcing strategies. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques like Boolean searches, talent mapping, and research. Engage passive candidates to ensure a high-touch candidate experience. Build relationships with talent communities, universities, and networks. Manage sourcing tools, ATS, and CRM platforms; analyze metrics to improve processes. Mentor junior sourcers, ensure DEI compliance, and uphold hiring best practices. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 6+ years in technical sourcing or recruiting, preferably in fast-paced environments. At least 2 years in a leadership role; experience building sourcing teams is preferred. Proven success in sourcing top engineering and tech talent. Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms. Strong understanding of technical roles and industry trends. Experience with ATS and CRM tools like Greenhouse, Lever, Eightfold. Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate effectively, and communicate well.
