We are looking for a skilled leader to oversee the production process at our Bogotá facility. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate fulfillment of production according to schedule, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and cost principles. - Manage manufacturing operations across different shifts, utilizing resources efficiently and safely to achieve EHS, QFS, Cost, and Service metrics. - Drive results by promoting a safe work environment among team members. - Contribute to continuous improvement projects for equipment, methods, and organization to meet current and future demands. - BUILD effective teams through operational personnel management, training, and development plans. Requirements - Industrial Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Process Engineer, or Mechanical Engineer degree. - 3 years of work experience in Operations (Manufacturing or Logistics). - Desirable: 2 years of experience in continuous improvement systems (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or similar).
