In addition, this role will also be responsible for researching and gaining a broad knowledge of industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices, suggesting business improvements, and identifying risks. **Roles and Responsibilities**: - Set By: - PM and Analytics leader with input from regional Supply Chain - RDEx/GDEx Leaders - Focus on: - Digital Transformation - Best-in-class analytics utilization in an outcome-driven approach - Measured By: - Data-Driven organization goals achievement - Regional data - analytics standardization in metrics-tracking and routine management - Deliver BI LATAM roll-out - Data Lake/SAP connector leveraging tech tools (mobile) - Using knowledge in analytics including data management, visualization tools, data engineering, and data science - Working with business intelligence tools/software to analyze data of BI tools environment (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView) and other major systems, such as SAP, BW, WMS, and TMS - Using knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques like Alteryx, R, Python, SAS, and Machine Learning - Ability to transform data analysis into actionable insights with tangible outcomes - Predict trends facilitating the process of long-term planning and avoiding issues happening - Achieving results in a highly-matrixed and global environment - Effectively communicate insights from data with both peers and executives - Using data modeling, presentation, and ad-hoc analysis skills **Qualifications** Position Requirements**: - Bachelor’s Degree required - 2+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Data Analytics focused on logistics-pillars - Strong data collection and analytical skills with a consistent awareness of accuracy and attention to detail - Experience solving complex business issues through data-related tools - Track-record of consolidating data from diverse sources, analytics, modeling, and data visualization of analytic findings - Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills - Must be able to multi-task, problem solve, prioritize, and work under pressure - Ability to work with a wide range of cross-functional teams, such as supply chain areas, commercial, IT, and finance - Good influencing and relationship-building skills - Ability to effectively communicate and present information to non-technical stakeholders - Fluency in English - Comfortable leading with ambiguity and rapidly shifting business conditions - Proven track record in analytics and knowledge of data automation and forecasting skills **Preferred Requirements**: - Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Statistics is preferred - Spanish and Portuguese proficiency is as plus - Familiarity with Lean/ Six Sigma, and Project Management and Problem Solving tools/ methods are preferred **Primary Location** Brazil-São Paulo-São José dos Campos-Rod.Presidente Dutra, Km 154 **Other Locations** Latin America-Colombia-Distrito Capital de Bogotá-Bogotá, Mexico-Distrito Federal-Mexico City **Organizatio
