**Community Manager** Community Manager, Full-Time Position **Key Responsibilities**: **Social Media Strategy** - Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging channels. - Build agile content calendars aligned with marketing goals, product drops, and brand campaigns. - Identify scalable content formats using current trends, audience insights, and performance data. **Community Building & Engagement** - Respond to comments and DMs with agility to increase visibility, trigger algorithmic momentum, and build trust. - Actively spark conversations, encourage UGC, and turn passive followers into loyal brand advocates. - Create thoughtful interaction strategies that foster connection, participation, and community loyalty. **Content Creation & Creative Collaboration** - Partner with creative and marketing teams to produce visually compelling and emotionally resonant content (video, graphics, copy). - Use AI and design tools (e.g., Canva, ChatGPT, CapCut, Adobe Express) to ideate and prototype content faster and smarter. - Constantly push creative boundaries, testing new formats and storytelling angles to stand out in crowded feeds. **Performance & Optimization** - Monitor performance using analytics tools to track engagement, reach, and growth. - Translate insights into action by refining strategies and proposing experiments. - Benchmark results against industry standards and brand KPIs. **Trends & Innovation** - Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging tools, Gen Z content trends, and creator economy shifts. - Proactively pitch new formats, collaborations, and viral ideas that align with brand identity. **Brand Voice & Consistency** - Ensure every touchpoint reflects the brand’s voice, values, and visual identity. - Craft clear, on-brand messaging that connects emotionally with the audience. **Qualifications**: - **Experience**:1-2 years in a community manager or social media-related role, preferably in beauty, fashion, or consumer lifestyle brands. - **Digital Fluency**:Strong understanding of major social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends. - **Creative Mindset**:Ability to contribute ideas for content and campaigns that are visually appealing and on-brand. - **Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Tools: Familiarity with content scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite), graphic design tools (e.g., Capcut, Canva, Adobe, Veo3), and analytics platforms. **About Us**:Slate Brands is a digitally native beauty brand incubator.
