Job Description The Corporate Agreement Manager is a key role that requires strategic thinking and negotiation skills. As the leader of the formation, negotiation, and ongoing management and maintenance of Corporate Agreements, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global commercial strategies that drive business growth. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Business Units, Contracts & Negotiations, Legal, and external customers to create mutually beneficial agreements that meet the needs of all parties involved. Your ability to analyze complex business issues, develop creative solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders will be crucial in achieving successful outcomes. Responsibilities - Develop and implement global commercial strategies that align with Rockwell Automation's goals and objectives. - Negotiate and manage Corporate Agreements with select strategic customers to secure long-term partnerships. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of agreements and timely delivery of results. - Analyze industry trends and customer data to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth. Requirements - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop creative solutions to complex business issues. - Superior project management, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills indicative of an individual with leadership ability. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. - Excellent communication skills to effectively present complex financial information and project activities to Senior Level Executives. Education and Experience - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or Finance required. - MBA desired. - Minimum 8 years of related experience in direct customer contract and global discount negotiations and the utilization of data to develop customer specific commercial strategies within defined toolsets and procedures.
