Job Description We are on a mission to revolutionize the way people navigate cities. As a UX Researcher, you will play a vital role in driving customer-centricity throughout product development. You will be responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative research studies using various methods, including interviews, diary studies, online usability tests, and focus groups. Working closely with designers and product managers, you will translate research findings into actionable insights that inform design and development decisions. Additionally, your expertise will help consult with product teams to understand their research needs and create tactical research roadmaps. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting qualitative and quantitative research studies using various methods - Triangulating research findings with other data sources to build holistic insights - Partnering with designers and product managers to translate research findings into ideas and actions - Consulting with product teams to understand research needs and create tactical research roadmaps - Leveraging AI across the research lifecycle to accelerate efforts to understand customers and users Our ideal candidate will have solid experience in designing and conducting qualitative research studies using various methods.
