As a PX Analyst,you will be responsible for aligning business objectives withemployees and management in designated business units. The maingoal of this role in BairesDev is to increase employee engagementand satisfaction, minimizing the company’s turnover metrics. WhatYou’ll Do: 1. Perform one-on-one meetings with employees. 2. Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.3. Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance. 4. Analyze trends and metrics related to attrition. 5. Work closelywith management and employees to improve work relationships, buildmorale, and increase productivity and retention. 6. Provide HRpolicy guidance. 7. Assist international employees with relocationand HR-related matters. You Must Have: 1. 2+ years of experienceresolving employee relations issues. 2. Bachelor's degree preferredin Business Administration, Engineering, International Relations,or similar (Desirable). 3. Experience within the IT Industry(Desirable). 4. Advanced English level.
