Job Title: Culinary Specialist Overview This position is responsible for coordinating and expediting mealtime service on the production line. Responsibilities The successful candidate will train new hires for line/station/pantry cook positions, fill in at any station on the line when needed, prepare and present high-quality dishes to deliver exceptional Guest and Member experiences, maintain the highest quality and appearance of all foods sent from the kitchen, ensure plates are clean and appetizing, and report maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues.
