As the Business Operations Manager, you will provide business strategy, data insights, and process transformation to support our go-to-market teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Post-Sales. You are someone who loves working with data, enjoys analyzing processes and technology to identify improvements, and can operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels to drive initiatives from start to finish. What You'll Do Collaborate with go-to-market teams to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and develop a response roadmap. Facilitate team collaboration and create structures for efficient movement, even in ambiguous situations. Partner with Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Marketing Operations, Business Systems, and Business Intelligence to ensure effective tools, processes, insights, and training. Oversee business operations initiatives to ensure effective delivery of information and support. Approach work with humility and a hands-on attitude. Utilize qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills to establish data streams and analytical processes that support decision-making. Design, develop, test, and implement solutions across technologies like Salesforce, Outreach, Marketo, and Workato. Set and meet aggressive deadlines, resolving roadblocks proactively. Own problem-solving and the implementation of impactful solutions. Scale systems, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity. Mentor and support junior team members in Business Operations and related functions. Partner across the organization to deliver projects that create measurable value. Manage vendor relationships, selection, and budgets as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. About You 4-5+ years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, management consulting, or related fields. Deep expertise in Salesforce, including process and dashboard design. Passion for data and analytics, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing metrics and translating insights into revenue strategies. Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions, combining declarative and custom development. Experience in scaling go-to-market operations and refining processes, procedures, and policies. Strong communication skills to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Post-secondary education in computer science, business administration, or relevant discipline. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and task-driven. Curious, proactive, and persistent in challenging the status quo. Eager to learn new complex domains and humble enough to seek help when needed. Team player willing to support colleagues. Strong deductive reasoning and clear communication skills.
