Strategic Partnerships Associate We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Strategic Partnerships Associate. This role will play a pivotal part in expanding our partner ecosystem by identifying, recruiting, and nurturing high-value partners for our referral program. The ideal candidate will have the ability to blend 'hunter' instincts for discovering new opportunities with 'farmer' dedication for cultivating strong, mutually beneficial relationships that drive lead generation to and from clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for: - Conducting comprehensive market research to identify, prospect, and qualify new strategic partnership opportunities that align with our growth objectives. - Initiating outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) to potential partners, articulating our value proposition and the benefits of a referral partnership. - Collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) to develop compelling pitch materials and partnership proposals. - Facilitating the onboarding process for new referral partners. - Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing referral partners, ensuring their continued engagement and success within the program. - Helping address inquiries, providing support, and identifying opportunities for deeper collaboration. - Developing and executing joint go-to-market strategies with partners to maximize lead flow and mutual value. - Monitoring partner performance against agreed-upon KPIs, providing regular updates and proactively addressing any challenges. - Contributing to the continuous improvement of our partner referral program by providing feedback and suggesting enhancements based on market trends and partner needs. Requirements : - 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or account management, preferably within SaaS, restaurant technology, or a related industry. - Proven ability to identify and secure new business relationships. - Demonstrated success in managing and growing existing client or partner accounts. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations. - Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Advanced English language proficiency. Key Responsibilities : - Market Research : Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new partnership opportunities that meet our business objectives. - Outbound Outreach : Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage with potential partners and articulate our value proposition. - Pitch Materials : Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling pitch materials and partnership proposals. - Onboarding : Facilitate the onboarding process for new referral partners to ensure a smooth transition. - Relationship Management : Foster strong relationships with existing referral partners to ensure their continued engagement and success. - Collaboration : Identify opportunities for deeper collaboration with partners and help address inquiries and provide support. - Go-to-Market Strategies : Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners to maximize lead flow and mutual value. - Performance Monitoring : Monitor partner performance against agreed-upon KPIs and provide regular updates and proactive support.
