**Distritech is looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our team in our Medellin office. The ideal person for this position has proven expertise in administrative Human Resources tasks. This includes benefits administration, talent acquisition, compensation, reporting, benefits, and training. To be a competent People & Culture Coordinator, you should be patient and compassionate, have excellent listening skills, and be able to multitask effectively.**:** Responsibilities**: - Schedule meetings, interviews, well-being events, and maintain agendas. - Coordinate training sessions and seminars. - Perform orientations and update new staff records. - Produce and submit reports on general HR activity. - Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects. - Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices. Assist supervisors in performance management procedures. - Support other functions as assigned **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. - Minimum two years of proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position. - Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times. - Strong knowledge of laws and regulations. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. - Proficient in HRIS and talent management systems. - Ability to work with ATS software. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle data with confidentiality. - Good organizational and time management skills. - Fluent in English and Spanish.
