Job Title: Senior QA Engineer Location: Cali, Colombia Hybrid (3 days in office) Full-Time We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer to lead quality assurance efforts across multiple products. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping testing strategies, mentoring team members, and driving automation and process improvements that ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Responsibilities: - Lead test planning and develop test strategies for multiple complex projects. - Ensure product quality aligns with release standards and customer expectations. - Mentor junior QA engineers and provide ongoing technical guidance. - Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of test automation frameworks and tools. - Identify gaps and inefficiencies in QA processes and advocate for best practices. - Perform risk assessments on new features to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Key Skills & Qualifications - Advanced knowledge of testing tools and frameworks. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience mentoring QA engineers and sharing best practices. - Deep understanding of product architecture and its impact on end users. - Hands-on experience with performance and load testing. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
