Main Responsibilities - Take lead on analysis (including dashboarding and beginner to intermediate statistical and econometric analysis), providing insight and strategy to help achieve goals. - Provide support with training/on-boarding initiatives for Analysis, tools, and directional learning. - Strategize with clients, analysts, and department leaders to identify gaps in projected vs actual performance and get to the 'what', 'why', and 'where we go from here'. - Coordinate directly with Data Engineering, serve as a liaison between departments, and be the primary point of contact on related collaborative projects. Key Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or other quantitative fields. - Strong understanding of PowerBI, including dashboard development, wireframing, and tip-to-tail development. - Intermediate SQL skills, with the ability to run and troubleshoot complex queries without assistance. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Formulas. - Basic familiarity with Python/R programming languages. - Predictive Modeling experience, including Regression, Decision Trees, and Clustering. - Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work independently and collaboratively.
