In the future, trade service companies can manage their entire business & project lifecycle in one place, allowing them more time to focus on the growth of their business. - PROJECT DETAILS_ - YOUR TEAM_ - 2 full-time full-stack engineers, 1 part-time UI/UX designer which will be working closely with our main stakeholder. - WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU_ - Interview process that respects people and their time - Professional and open IT community - Internal meet-ups and resources for knowledge sharing - Time for recovery and relaxation - Bright online and offline events - Opportunity to become part of our internal volunteer community - RESPONSIBILITIES_ - Senior Full Stack Developer with strong Front-End Focus: - Lead front-end development efforts using Next.js and Shadcn UI to create responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces. - Collaborate with the back-end focused developer to ensure proper integration between front-end and back-end systems. - Design and develop intuitive workflows with an emphasis on exceptional UX and onboarding experiences. - Create clear API interfaces for potential AI service integration. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical architecture decisions. - Work within a Kanban-style agile environment to deliver features iteratively. - SKILLS_ - 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years of front-end development. - Proficiency with TypeScript and modern JavaScript practices. - Experience with UI component libraries (Shadcn UI or similar). - Familiarity with PostgreSQL and Supabase (or similar BaaS platforms). - Understanding of SaaS concepts including multi-tenancy, authentication/authorization, and subscription payment integrations. - Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think in workflows and business logic. - Excellent communication and project collaboration skills. - Experience with Git, GitHub, and GitHub Copilot. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies, particularly Kanban. - Nice to Have: - Experience with construction industry software or domain knowledge. - Experience with serverless architectures. - Familiarity with Linear for project management.
