Job summary Step Into a regional leadership role with a global forex broker in LATAM .Emerald Zebra are working with a globally regulated forex and CFD broker known for delivering cutting-edge trading solutions and expanding rapidly across Latin America.They're now looking for a Spanish-speaking Head of Sales & Retention to drive acquisition, retention, and long-term client value. This role is based in Bogotá, Colombia, with relocation support available, or you can be based in Cyprus with frequent travel and/or extended periods of time in Colombia.
