You will work with our clients in two ways: Team Augmentation: Integrate into our client's team and work alongside their designers and engineers daily. Design & Build: Work on a FullStack product team to develop and deliver a product to our clients. What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer or similar role. Advanced English proficiency. Four-year college degree completed. Experience developing and optimizing AI/ML models with Python and frameworks like LangChain. Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and generative AI trends. Hands-on with retrieval-augmented generation and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone). Experience deploying AI solutions into production environments. Ability to design scalable AI infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Strong documentation skills for workflows and architecture. Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and maintaining AI systems. Ability to troubleshoot and contribute to libraries. Experience with CI/CD for applications. Attention to detail, positive attitude, and ownership mindset. Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. Experience with large, complex systems.
