AI Model Developer Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled AI model developer to join our team at AgileEngine, one of the fastest-growing companies in the US and a top-3 ranked dev shop according to Clutch. Job Responsibilities: - Develop and implement AI models, specifically LLMs, to extract key information from energy contracts and invoices; - Collaborate with Senior FullStack Developer to integrate AI models into overall software solution; - Work closely with Designer to ensure AI functionalities align with user experience goals; - Participate in full lifecycle of AI model development; - Ensure data privacy and security in all AI-related processes and outputs; - Connect extracted data to external APIs to enhance functionality and value; - Perform continuous testing, validation, and optimization of AI models to ensure accuracy and efficiency; - Provide technical documentation and support for developed AI solutions. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field; - +4 years of experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar; - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python; - Experience with LLMs and natural language processing (NLP) techniques; - Strong understanding of data privacy and security best practices; - Familiarity with integrating AI models into fullstack applications; - Ability to work in agile environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams; - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; - Upper-Intermediate English level. Nice to Have: - Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React; - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP or Azure.
