Diagonal 25G No. 95A - 85, Edi, Bogota, Colombia, Colombia G OBJECTIVE OF ROLE The Business Analyst will work on various technology projects and initiatives, focusing on Digital projects. They will be part of the digital technology capability team, responsible for identifying business needs, determining solutions, and maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction, innovation, relationship building, change management, and driving positive results. The Business Analyst will facilitate and coordinate communications of requirements, specifications, diagrams, data, and process models with project team members. They will also play a key role in application support activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze business challenges, recommend IT solutions, develop business processes, determine interface requirements, and resolve issues across systems affecting business processes. Conduct data analysis and provide business process redesign to support changes and opportunities. Gather requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis for software evaluations. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, data models, and test cases. Develop detailed specifications and use case scenarios. Collaborate with technical analysts to develop technical specifications and assist users in developing procedures. QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting - CPA designation or equivalent (e.g., CCA) is required EXPERIENCE At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, with strong interpersonal, relationship management, negotiation, critical thinking, problem-solving, process flow, communication, analytical, and software development skills. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Visio, and audit principles is essential.
