Proppit is a marketing toolfor real estate professionals that, among its many benefits, allowsyou to post on all these portals: Properati, Trovit, Mitula,icasas, puntopropiedad, Nuroa, and Nestoria. A person who joins asFarmer is expected to maintain excellent commercial relationshipswith professional real estate agents and agencies. We expect asales-driven and tech-savvy professional who will focus onachieving predetermined goals of renewing clients' subscriptions. Proactivity, positive attitude, and a process-focused mindset are amust for this role as you’ll have full responsibility forincreasing our client base and overall revenue for the region. Whatyou will do: - Providing customers the best journey, helping themto achieve their goals and contribute to their growth. - Renew theclient portfolio and reduce churn levels. - Expand the company’sclient portfolio. - Exceed monthly sales targets by growing thevalue of your portfolio. - Demonstrate the value and benefits ofour product by following a consultative sales methodology. -Interact and negotiate with key decision-makers of the client’sbusiness in a complex sales cycle. - Track all opportunities andcustomer details in HubSpot (our CRM tool). - Adapt to the overallsales strategy defined by the company. What we are looking for: -Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in sales, preferably within aSaaS or digital business. - Track record of successful selling andclient management of mid-market and enterprise companies. -Advanced user of CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce and MSOffice Suite. - Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiationskills. - Ability to work under pressure with high orientation toachieving objectives. - A university degree in BusinessAdministration, Marketing, or similar will be a plus. - Nativelevel of Spanish and professional level of English will be a plus.
