About The Role As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be a key strategic partner, leading financial planning, modeling, forecasting, and reporting to influence business decisions and resource allocation. You will provide insights into operational performance and collaborate with leadership. Responsibilities Lead financial planning and analysis, including revenue modeling and cost optimization. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial outlook processes. Prepare and present management reports and dashboards for strategic decisions. Analyze budgets, payroll, and resources to identify improvements and savings. Identify financial risks and opportunities, offering recommendations. Collaborate with teams and leadership for strategic planning. Use data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) to improve reporting. Mentor junior analysts and promote knowledge sharing. Perform other duties as assigned. About You Qualifications & Skills 5+ years in FP&A or related roles. Bachelor’s in finance, business, or related field. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with Power BI or Tableau. ERP experience, preferably with NetSuite. Fluent in English (B2 or above). Proven ability to deliver insights and improve processes. Effective communicator and collaborator. Based in Bogotá with flexibility to attend the office.
