Founded in Israel in 2010, Tipalti is a global business headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area (Foster City) with offices in Tel Aviv, Plano, Toronto, Vancouver, London, Amsterdam and Tbilisi. **In this role, you will be responsible for**: - Make a 360-business evaluation of potential clients using in-house tools and external research. - Review active accounts annually. - Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments. - Drive process improvements and efficiencies. - Maintain the integrity of quality control by reviewing high-risk/complex files. - Ensure KYC controls are functioning as expected. - Implement and monitor KYC policies. - Handle escalations related to high-risk customers and perform Enhanced Due Diligence. - Act as a point person for compliance-related escalations from other departments. **About you** - Experience in risk/ fraud analysis, client service, and fintech. - Critical thinking/problem solving, decision making, customer focus, and detail-oriented. - Familiarity with KYC tools and technologies. - Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal). - Demonstrate Tipalti's value of ownership, showing initiative and accountability. - Experience with regulatory requirements in the UK/EU. - Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively. - Experience in financial due diligence and transaction review is a must. - Excellent problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills. - Startup or financial bank services experience is a plus. - Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.
