Direct message the job poster from Dyccol Group Optimizing Workforce & Client Success | Logistics & Transportation Specialist | Operations & Sales Leader | Brokerage, Outsourcing & Project Management Overview The Sales Operations Coordinator will provide structured operational and administrative support to the LATAM commercial team, ensuring the seamless execution of sales processes by coordinating across internal departments and global operations (particularly in China). The role is primarily internal-facing, focusing on systems, documentation, coordination, and timely execution. Responsibilities - Generate proformas and enter sales orders in SAP. - Initiate and follow up on purchase requisitions (PRs). - Fill out and submit internal and client-facing Item Creation Forms, coordinating with product teams and customers. - Fill out and submit Business Partner Creation Forms, coordinating with internal and client contacts. - Submit and track artwork requests, including labels, packaging, and manuals, with the design and trade teams. - Prepare and submit payment or credit memo requests, including all required forms and documentation for approval by the Finance team. - Logistics Coordination - Maintain and update the Open PO tracker; lead weekly coordination with Supply Chain LATAM to ensure delivery visibility. - Coordinate container building in collaboration with the China and U.S. operations teams. - Track shipment timelines, identify delays or status changes, and escalate when necessary. - Follow up on sample requests driven by Distrivalto, clients, or third-party certification requirements after PO placement. - Build and update reports for sell-in and sell-out performance, using advanced Excel tools and templates. - Support ad-hoc reporting needs for account managers and regional sales leadership. - Maintain organized records of sales, item, and project information. - Product Documentation & Certifications - Initiate and prepare certification requests, completing technical documentation required for each country. - Coordinate with external certification labs for quotes, samples, and documentation per local regulatory needs (e.g., INEM, NOM, INMETRO, ETL). - Prepare and file client-specific technical spec sheets. - Track sample shipments related to certification processes. - Coordinate label preparation and compliance, sending finalized versions to the China team and relevant clients. - Cross-Functional & Project Support - Collaborate with internal teams across logistics, finance, innovation, operations, and trade marketing. - Support the Business Development team on internal initiatives and follow-ups. - Participate in special assignments or projects (e.g., implementation of digital tools, process automation, AI worker tools). - Perform other duties as necessary to support the commercial function and regional processes. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. - 2–3 years of experience in sales operations, supply chain coordination, or administrative support roles. - Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data formatting). - Familiarity with Asana or similar task management platforms. - Effective communication skills in English (intermediate to advanced) and Spanish. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently. - Excellent time management and self-organization skills. - Proven ability to work independently in a remote setup and follow through on deliverables. - Based in Latin America.
